Living with an autoimmune condition taught me that wellness is about more than just what we eat—it’s also about what we put on our bodies and bring into our homes. Even while eating “healthy,” I found myself in a flare, which led me to look deeper at hidden environmental triggers and explore holistic therapies that support true, whole-body wellness.
Wellness means slowing down and making space to rest and restore. It’s listening to your body and trusting your intuition. It’s meditation, movement, breathwork, nourishment, and mindfulness—woven together in a way that’s uniquely yours.
